   This is Nebraska, this is the Heartland. I realize only a small percentage of children still grow up on farms and ranches – and that is a good thing in that it means we can provide for ourselves and the world without the mountains of manual labor needed 80 or more years ago – still, working the land with your own hands builds a connection and character nothing else quite does.
