My cmnt: This whole story is just sick. The girl who was sodomized by the boy testified that she had had consensual sex with this boy twice before and in the girls’ bathroom to boot. The boy who claims gender-fluidity appears to be using that as a cover to have sex with a girl in the relative privacy and safety of a girls’ bathroom. The school is all Libbed-up with stupidity and nonsense about transgenderism, claims of which allow boys to compete unfairly against girls. How can a society continue in a coherent manner with distorted values like these?

My cmnt: Click here to read what one communist dictator thinks of our Leftist social mores. Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a sharp rebuke to transgender ideology last Thursday, calling it a “crime against humanity” to assert children can change genders. When Mao took over China he executed drug traffickers and the addicts. Castro wiped out pornographers and closed the open sex trade. Even Communist dictators recognize the damage these things do to the people. Democrats have always loved communism so why do they push these destructive social constructs? Because they hate America can be the only answer.

A teenager accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student inside a Virginia high school bathroom was found guilty Monday for engaging in “non-consensual sex,” according to reports.

According to the Daily Wire, the now 15-year-old teen appeared in court Monday on charges stemming from two separate alleged sexual assaults, both occurring at high schools within Loudoun County. In one of the cases, it is alleged that the male student was wearing a skirt and was inside the girls’ bathroom when he attacked one of the victims.

The sexual assaults gained nationwide media attention in June after the father of one of the victims was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while at a Loudoun County School Board meeting. The man reportedly said he became enraged at the meeting when an official claimed that the school district had no knowledge of assaults in its restrooms.

According to the Washington Post, Loudoun County School Supervisor Scott Ziegler received widespread backlash following the incidents after claiming at a June press conference that the district had no “records of assaults occurring in restrooms.” Contrary to his statement, Ziegler sent out an email to school officials in May informing them of an assault where “a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom.”

Attorneys for the family of one of the victims said they are “relieved that justice as served” and they are “grateful” for the judge’s ruling in the case.

The convicted teen awaits sentencing, possibly as early as next month.

Ruling on a the case that has seized national attention and reinvigorated debate over parental rights in public education, a Virginia juvenile court judge concluded Monday that a transgender teenager sexually assaulted a female student in a Loudoun County high school in May.

Chief Judge Pamela L. Brooks found there was sufficient evidence to determine the individual guilty of sexual assault.

The decision comes after the Daily Wire spoke to the victim’s father, who said the male student forcibly sodomized his ninth-grade daughter in a school bathroom while wearing a skirt. When the father attempted to describe and protest the incident at a local school board meeting, he was arrested for disorderly conduct, allowing the sexual abuse to stay underground for months.

After the assault, the perpetrator was transferred to another school where he allegedly assaulted a second female student in early October.

In the interim, the Loudoun County School Board passed a sweeping gender-inclusivity policy allowing students to use restrooms and locker rooms, as well as compete in sports, according to their gender identity rather than biological sex.

The alleged gender fluidity of the perpetrator was not raised during the hearing, according to the New York Times, although court documents confirm the offender was wearing a skirt when the assault took place. In court, the 15-year-old girl testified that she engaged in consensual sexual activity with the defendant two different times in a girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School but on a subsequent occasion was violently coerced into performing sexual acts.

Many parents in the district were enraged to discover that the teenager remained enrolled in the school system while the case was pending and local law enforcement conducted an investigation.

In a statement released earlier this month, LCPS said that it was obliged to defer the initial criminal investigation to local law enforcement before conducting its own probe. The district also said it must follow the Title IX grievance process before taking disciplinary action against the accused student, clarifying that it will “impose interim measures to protect the safety of students involved in the original incident, deter retaliation…”

The Loudoun County rape case has become a focal point in the heated Virginia gubernatorial race. Republican Glenn Youngkin has called for an investigation into the school board’s handling of the incident and defended parent involvement in public education more broadly, drawing a contrast with his Democratic adversary who suggested parents should not be involved in school curricula decisions before backtracking in a recent ad. At an event in Fairfax County last week, Youngkin questioned why the Biden administration is targeting and penalizing parents rather than “those those who covered up a heinous crime in our schools.”

‘Loudoun County Protects Rapists’: Students Stage Walkout In Protest Of Loudoun County’s Alleged Sexual Assault Cover-Up

LCPS Walkout

By Chrissy Clark – Oct 26, 2021 – for the Daily Caller

Students at a Loudoun County high school staged a walkout in support of recent sexual assault victims.

Broad Run High School, where the walkout took place, is the high school where an alleged attacker was transferred after he was charged with inappropriately touching a female student, Drew Wilder of NBC Washington reported. The teen was initially a student at Stone Bridge High School. A similar walkout took place at Riverside High School, also in the Loudoun County Public School district

Students could be heard chanting, “Loudoun County protects rapists” and “why was a rapist allowed in our school?” One student said, “this isn’t a political issue, this is a human issue,” according to Wilder.

On Monday, a Virginia court ruled that there was enough evidence to find the teen accused of assaulting a female student in a bathroom guilty of engaging in “non-consensual sex.”

The teen, who identifies as “gender fluid,” is standing trial on two separate cases. The first involved an in-classroom incident at Stone Bridge, and the second involved a ninth-grader at Broad Run who accused the teen of sexual assault, originally reported by The Daily Wire.

The Loudoun County Public School board initially claimed it was not informed about the “specific claims” relating to sexual assault allegations, though reporting from WTOP uncovered that the district’s superintendent sent an email to the board members the day of the assault.

Five former Virginia attorneys general have since called on the state’s current Attorney General to investigate the board over its handling of the scandal.

  1. I remember 10 years ago when the powers that be began changing the definition of ‘consensual sex’ from between married (or common-law married) man and woman to some temporal compact. This enables rape, prostitution, abuse, pedophilia/homosexuality, sex slavery, etc. I also remember 20 years ago when people were talking about ‘if it’s not illegal it’s not immoral’. You reap what you plant. This present madness is the middle. Ten years from now seems around the appropriate timeline for this evil culminating in deathly destruction.
