Voters still want only females in Women’s sports

As Democrats nationwide rode an enormous blue wave to victory Tuesday, voters in Washington and Colorado dealt a blow to the far left’s activist agenda.

Both deep-blue states passed ballot measures requiring girls’ and women’s school sports to be reserved for biological females.

It’s a clear signal that the “consensus” of the last few years, that biological sex in female sports is optional, has collapsed among ordinary voters. Many Democrats voted for Democratic candidates across the board, yet still spoke up to protect girls’ sports.

The measures that passed Tuesday establish, in two blue states, that girls’ sports are for girls. And that ordinary Americans, Democrats, Republicans and everyone in between, are willing to defend that stance at the ballot box.

The remaining work is clear: We must pass similar protections elsewhere, enforce the ones that exist, and refuse to treat the defense of female categories, sports and spaces as fringe.  We need to continue to shift the cultural conversation.

Wear the logo, change the culture. Help us save women’s sports.
