My cmnt: Does one really need to wonder how dysfunctional a parent Biden is? It should be pretty clear what kind of parent he is. What one must wonder about is just how arrogant the Deep State is that they believe they can get away with nominating such a man, manipulating elections to get him into office, and then keeping a man who is not only a pedophile but morally bankrupt in every way, in office even though he is cognitively incompetent as well. Two Florida residents pleaded guilty to stealing President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden’s diary; and then selling it to the conservative group Project Veritas. 

Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander admitted in a New York City federal court to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property involving the theft of personal belongings of an immediate family member of a then-former government official who was a candidate for national political office. 

“Harris and Kurlander stole personal property from an immediate family member of a candidate for national political office… they sold the property to an organization in New York for $40,000 and even returned to take more of the victim’s property when asked to do so.  Harris and Kurlander sought to profit from their theft of another person’s personal property, and they now stand convicted of a federal felony as a result,” Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement. 

The man and woman sold the diary to Project Veritas for $40,000, just prior to the 2020 presidential election. However the conservative organization did not publish anything from the confidential material; and instead handed it over to authorities. 

Harris and Kurlander had to forfeit the money and will face up to five years in prison. 

In June of 2020, the pair reportedly found the diary at a half-way home in Delray Beach after Ashley moved to Philadelphia. 

A few months ago, I reported on the shocking details the diary contained about Ashley and Biden’s relationship. 

According to the diary, Ashley wrote that her father and our president took showers with her when she was young girl, fueling her sex-addiction. 

Inside a January 2019 diary entry, she wrote “I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad.” 

When the journal was reported missing, Project Veritas founder James O’ Keefe’s home was raided by police officials, claiming that he had stolen Ashley’s diary. 

On Thursday, the journalism organization released a statement about the case saying “a journalist’s lawful receipt of material later alleged to be stolen is routine, commonplace and protected by the First Amendment.”

Don’t forget that the shopkeeper who had Hunter’s laptop had his life destroyed by relentless attacks by the media and Democrats and Ashley’s diary wasn’t “stolen” it was abandoned, just like Hunter’s laptop. So the people that found it get arrested and charged and three people at Project Veritas have their homes raided and property seized by the FBI for wanting to verify the authenticity of the diary. The FBI is now nothing more than Biden’s personal police force.

Abandoned or disposed items are no longer considered as legal private property. It’s important, as law enforcement doesn’t need a warrant to seize it as evidence. Dumpster diving is quite frequently used during investigations for just this reason. Physical evidence of some sort is required to connect it with a particular owner of course, however that is usually prima facie in nature. As an example, video of an easily identifiable Hunter Biden, doesn’t need further proof that it was his property at some point. Likewise the laptops were constructively abandoned when he failed to pick them up from the computer shop, especially when the shop had written ‘rules’ for property left at the shop without payment beyond a certain date. The diary in question, was found abandoned at the rehab facility, making it legitimate evidence since Ashley had identified it, in writing the diary. You can’t legally ‘steal’ private property, by definition, therefore who it belonged to originally is a moot point. Legal action against the finders is a distraction from the contents of the diary, and I can’t see them being convicted, but then again democrats are the accused in this case in reality.

The man had 4 children, one, sadly, died with her mother in a tragic auto accident after, as rumor goes, some ‘kind’ soul informed her of his rather torrid affair with his current wife, a women then married to another man. The other 3 had issues, 2 had extreme issues with sex and drugs. One can only think the apple didn’t fall too far from the tree and wonder at just what sort of dysfunctional parent he is. One has to wonder if he was vetted or if they simply took him as a cypher easily controlled or were totally ignorant of his reality. The DE dem. machine has spent years protecting his grifter ways. It is common knowledge his kids school tuitions were never paid for by him but by ‘campaign’ contributions. Other bills were handled the same way. DE, among dentists and other professionals was get paid UP FRONT, as he was notorious for finding someone who would pay the bill and have them write it off as a political contribution, it just took time. And everyone knows of the MBA largess bestowed on him for some VERY favorable change in DE LAW REGARDING CREDIT CARD payments or something like that. Got him his first COMPOUND for pennies on the dollar. He is crooked as the worst mob leader. Everyone knows it and the DNC machine makes sure msm and real journalists do not discuss it.
