5.0 out of 5 stars Prepare yourself to be Forever Changed!
Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2017
For 30 years I’ve been of voting age! Over that time I thought there was something wrong with me. I had Friends tease me! I had Family abandon me! I questioned my sanity! I racked my brain trying to find a Reason, any reason, to Vote for a Democrat. I’ve been in living in the darkness, Until Now!
I accidentally stumbled upon this book, Reasons To Vote For Democrats, and to be honest, I thought it’s just going to be another over hyped self-help book with no real insight or depth… Boy was I wrong! As soon as I cracked open this book, I was hit With a Tour De Force of in-depth knowledge into the workings of the Democrat Mind. This book is Absolutely Spellbinding in its ability to categorize and illuminate not just the Reasons to Vote Democrat, but also the Why. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this book is in fact the most Illuminating book on the inner workings of the Liberal Mind I know of!
I feel it’s necessary to issue a strong word of caution! If you decide to buy this book, prepare to be intellectually challenged in the way you Live, Love, and Think! This book is NOT for everyone. Some might find these pages troubling, and it may shake you to your very core, as it did me. I in fact am changed forever. I can’t put my finger on it, but now I see everything differently. Things I thought were White are now Black… Round is Square… Dark is Light! It’s as though I fell through Alice’s Rabbit hole and the very fabric of reality has flipped upside down.
I’m proud to recommend this book, and I’m proud to admit that I now get Triggered daily.

5.0 out of 5 stars Literary Genius!
Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2017
This could be considered the actual playbook for the Democratic Party and if this gets in the wrong hands it could be the end of conservatism and the GOP. Stating that I love this book does not do it justice. This book will go down as an Epic Literature piece of its time.
Be prepared as this book will play with your emotions as you will catch yourself laughing and crying then laughing and crying again and again and again. You will cry so much that you will actually think that you are Chuck Schumer (It’s mean spirited and un-American).

My cmnt: A note on the meaning of STEM. This is an acronym that stands for: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Recently it has been modified to STEMM which adds Medicine. This country has long had a shortage of high school and college students willing to pursue the ‘hard’ sciences precisely because they are hard. Too many have taken the easier and fairly worthless route of the Arts because they do not require the rigor and precision of thought required to excel in or even pass STEM subjects. It also needs to be noted that STEM subjects and classes require the student to be grounded in objective reality which is generally anathema to Liberal, Leftist and democrat subjectivism and irrational ways of seeing the world.
My cmnt: I now see that the Libs are taking exception to the common knowledge that STEM students are usually smarter than students in the Arts and because STEM graduates have real knowledge that corresponds to reality and the actual world we inhabit they have lots of high-paying job offers. Whereas graduates in the Arts (i.e., humanities, language arts, dance, drama, music, visual arts, design and multimedia) and Social sciences (i.e., black and women’s studies, history, English Lit, psychology, sociology, public school teachers (not in the real sciences), journalism, etc.) are a dime a dozen, deeply in debt from student loans from being in college for 6 to 10 years, and no one outside of the public schools and government has any use for their skill set or lack thereof.
My cmnt: Consequently the powers of academia are trying to change STEM to STEAM which cleverly includes ‘A’ for the Arts as being an equally valid and important area of study and employment as Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (and Medicine). This will do nothing to change reality (which no Lib has ever cared about) as the government controlled (un)education system continues to grind out cookie-cutter clones who not only all think exactly alike but have no real marketable skills.
My cmnt: I must note here that at one time the Arts required some connection to real skill, study, diligence, training and reality. With the advent of the modern era and then the post-modern era and now the post-post-modern era the Arts community has lost nearly all connection to reality which I will call truth, beauty and goodness. They produce grotesque, ugly and purposefully disgusting filth and call it ‘art’. Whether it is painting, writing, dancing, music, film or theater – or any other medium – godless people wallowing in their own excrement produce horrid things. Communism is the real-life end product of a people thinking this way.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must-Read for Members of the Patriarchy and STEM Students who Can’t Handle the Rigor of Women’s Studies Classes!
Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2017
A few years ago, as I was studying for my master’s degree in engineering, I had the inspiration to sit in on a Women’s Studies lecture. Never in my academic career have I been so profoundly affected. Truly, the depth of logic, critical thinking, and openness to challenging views displayed by the professor was unlike any other educator I had ever encountered. Having been exposed to the quality of scholarship one can only find at my university by auditing one of its Women’s Studies lectures, I knew I would never be able to truly comprehend the subject because of my thrice-be-damned white cis-gendered male heterosexual privilege. Wallowing in full-time employment and chained to my role in the patriarchy as a husband and father, I had given up on ever truly grasping the profound moral and philosophical core behind the modern social justice movement, progressives, and those who understand the true worth of pursuing diversity for its own sake.
Enter Michael J. Knowles. In this poetic work, I have found what my heart has felt, but my words could never express. He captures the very soul of the Democratic party with a profundity of insight I never would have thought to find in a fellow cisgendered male. This is more than the petty political rants that dominate the bestseller list. Within these pages lies the fundamental substance and logic behind placing equality of outcome over equality of opportunity, defining one’s beliefs according to the content of one’s loins or the melanin levels of one’s skin, accommodating and inviting mass immigration from cultures that hate us, and the ultimate truth that every material necessity is a fundamental human right that the government must provide at the expense of the 1%.
I bought this book not only for myself, but for my grandfather, a lifelong Republican who fought in WW2, marched in the Civil Rights Movement, worked in 8 presidential administrations, and farmed for nearly his entire life. Yeah, he’s a patriarch’s patriarch. I’m confident this book will give this 92-year-old man something productive to do when he isn’t out working in his woods with a chain saw, clearing brush, or giving invited speeches. Perhaps, like me, he’ll come to understand the deeper mysteries that motivate my sister and cousins when they lecture him on the unquestionable greatness of the Black Lives Matter movement, Caitlyn Jenner’s heroic bravery, and the exclusively evil, oppressive history of white people in America. With a little luck, he might even check his privilege.

I’m not one for reading any given book more than once. “Reasons To Vote For Democrats”, however, is one for the ages and I’ve already read it three times. It just seems to get better and more insightful each time around. A must read for just about anyone and absolutely required reading for young students in our education system!

3.0 out of 5 stars More than ever, it’s important to read some reviews before purchasing this unusual book

Most of the book makes for easy reading. And the author makes his point well, over and over again.
The 5 pages of Bibliography was somewhat out of character with the body of the work, but thorough none-the-less.
I would have appreciated an Introduction explaining a little about the author and his thinking behind this enterprise – a single sentence would have sufficed.
