President Joe Biden falsely claimed Saturday that supporters of former President Donald Trump killed police officers during the January 6th riots on Capitol Hill.

The president spoke about the January 6th protests during his commencement speech at the University of Delaware.

He said:

A mob of insurrectionists stormed the Capitol, the very citadel of democracy. Imagine what you’d be thinking today if you had heard this morning before you got here that a group of a thousand people broke down the doors of the parliament of Great Britain, killed two police officers, smashed and ransacked the office of members of the British Parliament or any other, what would you think? What would you think?

Biden has previously made the false claim about Trump supporters killing police officers.

U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died a day after the attack, but his death was afterward determined to be from natural causes: two strokes at the base of his brain stem caused by a clot in an artery.

Four police officers, serving either the Capitol Police or the Washington Metropolitan Police force, died by suicide in the weeks following the attacks.

Correct me if i’m wrong…But the only capitol police officer killed was in front of the capitol a few days after the peaceful gathering and selfie taking event at the capitol on 1/6 by a leftist running him over with his car….

The real kicker? Capitol Police were the only ones with guns.
All the insurrectionists showed up with no guns & no bombs..

What many Americans (probably MOST, and by a large margin) do not realize is that the U.S. Government has seen to it in a very sneaky and underhanded way that they now have the legal authority to wage actual war on their own citizens without having to worry about such pesky things as the Bill of Rights or due process.
They can now keep the Jan. 6 political prisoners because of The Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), otherwise known as the “Indefinite Detention Act,” and can even strip them of U.S. citizenship entirely (and based solely on whatever fabricated lies they wish to make up).
Both parties in Washington, D.C., have worked hard at the deliberate dismantling of the Bill of Rights. Throughout the last 60 years, the Congress, Supreme Court, and the Presidency has all worked together to strip the American
people of the protections and safeguards of their civil liberties contained in (along with the Declaration of Independence) the Bill of Rights.
Signed into law by President George W. Bush, the Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act effectively eviscerated the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution that prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. Ever since Congress passed the Patriot Act in 2001, these traitors have been working overtime to enact ways around the Bill of Rights, and they are clearly declaring and waging war on the American people.
On New Year’s Eve, while most Americans were celebrating the holidays, Barack Obama quietly signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), otherwise known as the “Indefinite Detention Act,” authorizing the U.S. military to seize and incarcerate US citizens without warrant, due process, trial, etc.
The bill was drafted in secret by the traitors Carl Levin and John McCain and passed in a closed-door committee meeting without even a single hearing.
Sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA :
1) Explicitly authorize the federal government to indefinitely imprison without charge or trial American citizens and others picked up inside and outside the United States;
2) Mandate military detention of some civilians who would otherwise be outside of military control, including civilians picked up within the United States itself; and
3) Transfer to the Department of Defense core prosecutorial, investigative, law enforcement, penal, and custodial authority and responsibility now held by the
Department of Justice.
And the indefinite detention of American citizens, without charge or trial, is nothing short of a declaration of war by the federal government on the American people.
Americans need to understand that the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) grants the U.S. military the ‘legal’ right to conduct secret kidnappings of U.S. citizens, followed by indefinite detention, interrogation, torture and even murder.
This is all conducted completely outside the protection of law, with no jury, no trial, no legal representation and not even any requirement that the government produce evidence against the accused. It is a system of outright
government tyranny against the American people, and it effectively nullifies the Bill of Rights and turns the United States into a war zone, and places US citizens under military rule.
It is in FULL EFFECT right now at this very moment.
They don’t pass these laws without intending to fully utilize them.
They have the Jan.6 political prisoners because of these traitorous laws (and the traitors who created them).
Does anyone remember the MIAC report from Missouri back in 2009?
In that official report, supporters of Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin were identified as potential dangerous “militia members,” and Missouri State law enforcement officials were notified to be on guard against them. And anyone who identified themselves as being pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, anti-Federal Reserve, Christians who believe in the return of Christ, or simply returning Iraq War veterans, were all targeted as potentially dangerous to Missouri State law enforcement personnel. After Ron Paul and others sent a letter to the governor of Missouri demanding that the report be removed and that the State of Missouri repudiate the report, and thousands of
Americans all over the country became outraged, the State of Missouri did indeed remove and repudiate the report. The Obama regime tried very hard to incite an insurrection with American citizens. His IRS targeted patriotic Americans who held different thoughts than his regime, and his traitorous DHS targeted regular Americans who held certain beliefs (like abortion is wrong, or reading the Bible and going to church was good, or owning guns was right and
proper, and even that a shrinking economy and raising prices is not a good thing).
