Bold and Blunt: January 6 filled with stories of tragedy, heartbreak

Democrats persecuted innocent American protestors in Stalinesque show trial

It’s just about the five-year anniversary of the January 6, 2021, protests on Capitol Hill — and Americans are really no closer to realizing the truths of what transpired.

Democrats say they were attacked by angry insurrectionists. But it’s really hundreds of innocent American citizens who are the victims.

For them, the federal law enforcement authorities completely ignored constitutional and civil rights and laws by arresting them in the near dead of night and throwing them in jails, to await mock trials based on mock charges that led to even longer imprisonments. In some cases, their families were destroyed. In other cases, their finances were destroyed. And in still other cases, their homes, businesses, finances and health were destroyed.

Where’s the accountability?

Tom Caldwell, a J-6er who was arrested, tried, thrown in jail and tortured, says he nonetheless kept his faith in God intact. He’s written his personal story in “The Mouths of the Wicked: A True January 6 Story of Corruption, Persecution, Survival and Victory.” But he also says America deserves the truth.

“There’s so much turmoil, so much pain,” Caldwell said. “And the American people just want the truth. They want to know who did this — what crimes did they commit — and who’s pulling the strings?”

Five years later, America is still waiting on the answers.
