This is a truly amazing video. I assume somewhere in India. Real poverty, not the taxpayer subsidized kind we have here in America. Real poverty does NOT have free (i.e., taxpayer provided) housing, food, clothing, transportation, education, medical, stipends of money, etc.
American poverty looks a lot like this:
