And why should he? No one cares about gays especially if they are not militant and in your face about it – OR trying to recruit children like at drag queen story hour put on by your local public school.

Though he dresses like a homeless old man (I have that exact outfit) he’s rich and famous enough to have a pretty, model girlfriend (above).
Hozier was born Andrew John Hozier-Byrne on March 17, 1990, in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. He is the son of local blues drummer John and artist Raine. He started writing songs as a teen and also taught himself how to play the guitar. At Delgany National School, Hozier sang in the school choir. He went on to attend St. Gerard’s School and then Trinity College Dublin, where he studied music education. At the latter institution, Hozier was involved with the Trinity Orchestra.
Obviously he’s got good genes when it comes to music and art though he probably should not do a good jeans ad a’ la Sydney (below).

Hozier’s mom painted this (above) and some of his album covers
Hozier was raised a Quaker in Ireland, is now an agnostic (a cop-out, hedge your bets religious stance) and for some reason despises the Roman Catholic Church (I’m guessing because of her influence upon the Irish). This anthem above was written against the Roman church and he says is not about gay men.
Gay marriage is an oxymoron though, as many a wag has pointed out, if you want to stop having sex then get married.
