“The last couple of weeks, honestly, it’s been pretty good for me,” Flacco said yesterday. It was pork and beans night at the shelter and they played a Doris Day movie from the 40s before lights out.

“I’ve gotten to get more reps and get comfortable and feel like I’m doing things at a pretty high level.”

Sanders challenged for the QB1 role in his first preseason game.  He had two touchdowns against the Carolina Panthers but an oblique injury caused him to miss the second preseason game of the year against the Philadelphia Eagles.

My cmnt: Shedeur was so mis-coached by his psycho dad Neon Deion at Colorado it may take him years to get up to speed for the NFL, if ever. Only a total narcissis names his daughter after himself (Deiondra).

Gabriel received the nod in that game. He was 13-of-18 with 143 passing yards and an interception.
