Authorities in Florida allege they caught a man trying to rape a woman in an open field soon after she tipped them off through a 911 call she made where she pretended to order pizza. 

The 911 center at the Volusia Sheriff’s Office received a call early in the morning on Saturday, Oct. 19, from a woman pretending to order a pizza while dropping implicit hints that she was in the presence of an attacker, the sheriff’s office said in a statement last week. 

Luis Diego Hernandez-Moncayo, 27, was arrested in the field in Pierson, Fla., on several charges including attempted rape, authorities said in the statement.

Investigators released a recording of the 911 call and the bodycam footage of police arriving at the scene to rescue the woman. 

When the 911 dispatcher answers the call, the woman says: “I would like to order a pizza. I’m so stuck in here.” 

The dispatcher checks with her if she is aware that she’d called 911. 

“Yes, I’m sure I’m calling to that number,” the woman says in the recording. (In the version of the recording released by police, the woman’s voice is altered to protect her identity.)

She is unable to provide an address when asked, and says, “I’m stuck in here. Won’t take me back home.” 

The woman stays on the line, pretending to place an order for a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, while the dispatcher continues to ask her questions. During the conversation, she tells the dispatcher that she is injured. 

The dispatcher keeps her on the line while officers are deployed to the scene. 

Bodycam footage shows officers approaching the suspect while he is “on top of her” in the open field, while the alleged victim keeps screaming for help.

Hernandez-Moncayo has been charged with attempted sexual battery, battery by strangulation, and false imprisonment, per the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.

Hernandez-Moncayo, who police allege is undocumented, is also facing an immigration detainer issued by the U.S. Border Patrol, a request that asks a detainee be held for 48-hours after their release so that immigration services can assess their next steps with the person.

It wasn’t immediately clear if he has entered pleas or retained an attorney to speak on his behalf.

Louisiana: Illegal Alien Accused of Raping, Molesting Young Boys, Including 4-Year-Old Preschooler

An illegal alien is accused of raping and molesting several young boys in Kenner, Louisiana — including a four-year-old preschooler.

Luis Renan Bonilla-Alfaro, a 17-year-old illegal alien from Honduras and a student at Bonnabel High School, has been arrested by the Kenner Police Department and charged with first-degree rape, two counts of sexual battery, two counts of child pornography involving children under 13 years old, and two counts of indecent behavior with minors.

Bonilla-Alfaro allegedly molested the young boys at the Airline Oaks Trailer Park.

Bonilla-Alfaro, police allege, admitted to molesting a four-year-old boy as well as a seven-year-old boy. After the admission, police said they reviewed evidence showing Bonilla-Alfaro had sexually assaulted an eight-year-old boy and another boy they believe is under 13 years old.

After police obtained a search warrant for Bonilla-Alfaro’s cellphone, they found photos and videos of the illegal alien sexually assaulting three young boys — two of whom were identified and another who has not yet been identified.

“I consider this person to be a serial sex offender, given by the actions by [sic] these three children, that he documented himself for whatever reason,” Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley said in a statement.

Bonilla-Alfaro, according to police, has more child victims. Police allege that Bonilla-Alfaro befriended the children with the intent of sexually assaulting them.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has taken custody of Bonilla-Alfaro.
